About the event
We are planning 4-6 sessions of women's group therapy using a Gestalt Therapy model. The Aspers farm environment, working with art, food, animals, ecology, and more will help us connect and process internally and then bring considerations to group therapy for women supporting women.
We intend to conduct 4-6 sessions of women's group therapy utilizing a Gestalt Therapy approach. The Aspers farm setting, with its focus on art, food, animals, ecology, and other elements, will assist us in connecting and processing internally before bringing insights to the group therapy, where women support one another.
