Somatic Hike
Awakening the Body:
A Nature-Based Personal Growth Hike
Experience a guided hike, process circle, and brunch with the Gestalt Gettysburg team. Listen to the body's wisdom and foster self-awareness through sensory exploration.
The 2 mile hike will take place at Pine Grove Furnace State Park and typically takes about one hour. Afterwards, Gestalt Gettysburg will lead a Gestalt Process Circle, followed by a light brunch. The entire experience typically takes about 2 ½ hours.
